1.1 Payonify (Pvt) Limited Zimbabwe (hereafter referred to as ‘Payonify’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’ and ‘Ours’) acknowledges that information technology should be at the service of every data subject. Information technology shall not violate human identity, human rights, privacy, or individual or public rights.
1.2 This Privacy Policy governs our developer community platform (community.payonify.com). It is built on globally accepted principles of data protection and ensures an adequate level of data protection as prescribed by relevant legal frameworks in Zimbabwe, specifically the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] and Statutory Instrument 155 of 2024.
